Application Submission Guidelines
Please print and save these Guidelines. The information below was designed to guide you and make the application process easier and more understandable.
1. Saving, Resuming and Editing your Application: At the bottom of the form, you can save your application and receive a link to resume it later. You can copy the link right from the save page and/or receive an email with the link. Staff cannot help with this link, so please keep it in a safe place. The link will expire 90 days from the initial save date. You will also have the option to edit your application after it was submitted. Please see the "edit this submission" link at the bottom of your submission. Please note that in some instances the form might have already been exported for review.
2. Printing the Application: You can print either the blank form or the form with your answers before or after the form has been filled out.
3. Submissions: No more than one submission of either an LOI or program grant application will be accepted. Please only submit either an LOI or program applications.
The Board reviews all grant applications to determine if the prospective grantee organization's project and mission align with the Foundation's current funding priorities and budget.
Grantee organizations that qualify will be e-mailed an award notification with a link to our form grant agreement. The grant check will be mailed within four weeks of receiving the electronically signed grant agreement. The e-mail entered for the person submitting the application will receive the award e-mail and link to the grant agreement and the e-mail with the tracking number after the check has been cut.
Do not use caps lock anywhere on the application; please do not include decimal places in any dollar amount. All dollar amounts must be in this format: $00,000 (not: 00000 or 00000.00). Please double-check that all amounts are correct and as you intended, and use dollar signs and commas to show dollar amounts where necessary. All dates in the form can be typed in using the date format shown.
Be sure to follow all directions on the form carefully; failure to do so will delay or cause a denial of your application. Applications are currently taking up to 12 weeks to process. If your project or program needs to be funded during that time, please do not apply, as we do not fund past projects, fiscal years, or grant periods.
