Bringing Broadway's Bright Lights to Palm Beach County

Cornelia T. Bailey Foundation support helped the Maltz Jupiter Theatre provide world-class performances, affordable access to the arts, and unforgettable cultural experiences for nearly 80,000 patrons.

The Cornelia T. Bailey Foundation is proud to support organizations that enrich our communities through the arts. Thanks in part to Foundation funding, the Maltz Jupiter Theatre delivered an exceptional 2025/26 season, bringing Broadway-quality performances and memorable cultural experiences to tens of thousands of audience members.

The Theatre's "Broadway's Bright Lights" season featured six full-scale MainStage productions, including Million Dollar Quartet, Come From Away, Good Night, Oscar, Man of La Mancha, and an adaptation of Stephen King's Misery. The season also included 32 Limited Engagement performances celebrating iconic artists such as ABBA, The Beach Boys, and The Eagles, along with a variety of concerts and special events in the Theatre's Island Theatre venue.

The season was met with enthusiastic audience support. Million Dollar Quartet was the Theatre's highest-selling production, reaching 94% capacity, while Come From Away, Man of La Mancha, and Good Night, Oscar all enjoyed strong attendance and glowing reviews. The Island Theatre also continued to flourish in its second season, introducing the new "Night on the Island" concert series featuring South Florida musicians, which was so well received it will return next season.

Foundation funding helped make these productions possible by supporting the talented designers, technicians, and production teams behind each performance. Just as importantly, the grant helped the Theatre maintain affordable ticket prices while continuing to deliver the high artistic standards audiences have come to expect.

Throughout the 2025/26 season, the Maltz Jupiter Theatre welcomed approximately 80,000 patrons, with nearly one-quarter of attendees visiting Palm Beach County from across Florida and the nation. By investing in organizations like the Maltz Jupiter Theatre, the Cornelia T. Bailey Foundation helps ensure that world-class arts experiences remain accessible while strengthening the cultural vitality and economic impact of our community.
